RATES & FEES
DAILY RATE $125 (2 night minimum)	WEEKLY RATE $800	MONTHLY $2150

HOLIDAYS / PEAK SEASONS:

3 night minimum: Major holidays including New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, October/Leaf Season, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

DEPOSITS & FEES:

$200 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT required at reservation. Cancellations fully refundable with 21 days notice. 50% of total rent plus deposit is due upon booking. Balance due 14 days prior to arrival.

100% plus deposit due during holiday periods if reservation is less than a week.

State and local taxes not included

Payment by credit card, or cashiers check, or money order

Smoking not allowed.

Pet Fee: $15/per pet, per night or $60/per pet, per week

All rates and fees are subject to change without notice, a full rental agreement form is due prior to or at the time of deposit.
